Amongst a line-up of world-class speakers discussing “Adapting for Success”, we are very pleased that our UTILISE collaborator Dr Amir-Homayoun Javadi will be presenting his talk entitled: "From buzzing to talking; Advances in effects of brain stimulation on aphasia".

Dr Javadi will talk about the fascinating world of non-invasive brain stimulation and the ways in which it may be beneficial to those recovering from post-stroke aphasia by encouraging neuroplastic changes to tissue surrounding the stroke site.
